Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 July 2026.
Scope
This policy covers vfxbeat.com and the VFXBeat browser editor. It explains the information involved when you browse the site, create a local project, use embedded services, submit a community video, or contact VFXBeat.
Local projects and media
VFXBeat is designed so that source audio, artwork, video, lyric text, analysis, preview, and export can be handled in your browser without a source-media upload for processing. Project information may be stored by your browser on your device.
Clearing browser site data, using private browsing, changing browser profiles, or using a different device can remove or make local projects unavailable. Keep your own copies of important source files and exports.
Third-party services
Community pages may embed YouTube or Vimeo videos. The submission flow can open a Tally form. When you interact with those services, they may receive information under their own terms and privacy policies. VFXBeat does not control their processing.
The site does not claim that local processing protects information from your browser, device, network, extensions, or services you voluntarily use outside VFXBeat.
Contact and submissions
If you email [email protected] or submit a community project, the information you provide is used to respond to you, review the submission, and, where agreed, publish a community entry. Do not send unreleased media or sensitive personal information by email.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided directly, contact [email protected] with enough detail to identify the request.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the product or its integrations change. The date above shows the latest revision. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
